Our featured chef is Chef Andrew Gerson. Gerson is a graduate of the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy, where he studied for two years after spending a year cooking in Rome. He returned to US with a deep love of handmade pasta and a passion for local food systems that have shaped his path ever since. Since then he has worked as the Head Programing Chef at Brooklyn Brewery.

Our unique multi-course menus are specially curated by our Chef to ensure each dish is micro infused with cannabis and intentional terpene pairing.

Guest have enjoyed cannabis infused hors d'oeuvres from Beef Tartare, Roasted Romanesco, and Island Creek Oysters. Our entrees have consisted of King Salmon Crudo, Seared Duck Breasted, Tomato Panzanella, Roasted Eggplant, and Seared Flank Steak.
